Maria - Vocals
Maria is a Brooklyn-based singer with years of classical music experience, just breaking into the rock scene in NYC. Past rock credits include the UC Berkeley Chemistry Department keg party band and live piano karaoke at Good Judy. Her singing influences include Hayley Williams, Amy Lee, Julien Baker and Kelly Clarkson. 🤟

Arjun - Guitar
Arjun grew up training in percussion before picking up a guitar, carrying a strong sense of rhythm into his playing.
Influenced by everything from Indian classical to Motown to indie and garage rock, Arjun chases music built on feel, tension, and movement.
He's been playing with a variety of rock bands since his early teens, but will not shy away from doing a boy band cover or two -- if it will make you dance.
Jared - Drums
NYC-based and road-tested, Jared Lerner has 15 years on drums and the last 8 powering some insanely cool cover bands. He grew up on Dave Grohl (hello '90s Nirvana videos) and the fearless spirit of the late Taylor Hawkins, and he tries to bring that same heart-first energy to every set. Foo Fighters are definitely his happy place, but he'll jump from Wolfmother to Paramore to everything else in between in the splash of a hi-hat, with his signature Vic Firth sticks at the ready.
Bonus trivia: he once drummed to Guns N' Roses at his own wedding and has dressed up as Travis Barker, Slash AND Taylor Swift for Halloween! 🥁🔥
Aurora - Bass
Aurora originally pursued her passion for music by learning the piano at a young age. But she soon fell in love with the cool awesomeness of the bass guitar. She played professional gigs with a classic rock and roll band or two. Aurora even joined a rock and roll band as a keyboardist at one point, but realized her true love of the bass lines. She’s been playing her bass in cover bands ever since and is excited to now join and reunite with drummer, Jared, in The Cat’s Away band!
Her major influences include Hendrix, Bowie, Led Zeppelin, The Clash, Blondie and Cream but she respects and appreciates all musicians and all genres, especially those with adrenalin inducing bass lines! 🤟
